Refund policy

We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. Please note that any article showing signs of wear will not be eligible for a refund nor an exchange. If our team detects signs of use, the article will automatically be returned to you, and no credit note, exchange or refund will be possible.

Return Process

To start a return, you can follow the instructions on our fully automated dedicated portal

Follow the instruction on the page:

  1. Go to our dedicated portal and select the appropriate language thanks to the down arrow.
  2. Enter your order ID and zip code.
  3. Select the product(s) from your order you want to return. 
  4. Enter a reason and a comment for the return.
  5. Select the shipping method to use
    1. Postal Services (Colissimo) : available in France, EU countries, Switzerland and UK.
    2. Pickup Mondial Relay : available ONLY in Austria, Belgium, France, Germany, Luxembourg, Netherlands, Portugal (excluding islands) and Spain( excluding islands).
    3. At your own expense.
  6. You will receive an email with the return form which MUST BE placed inside the package.
  7. Follow the rest of the instructions on screen.

You will receive a return shipping label (for shipping methods 1 and 2), as well as instructions on how and where to send your package.

Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted and no refund will be issued.

For all orders not from the EU, taxes and import duties due for the goods re-entering the EU can be deducted from the refund. Please contact us at  contact@176marches.com for best solution.

Return Conditions

Damages and issues

Please inspect your order upon reception before signing off on the delivery receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exceptions / non-returnable items

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards. Certain orders may include a complimentary gift. In the event of a return, this gift must be returned in its original, unused condition alongside your order. If the complimentary gift is not returned, its retail value will be deducted from your refund.

Exchanges

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

European Union 14 day cooling off period

Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Refunds

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
