176 Marches' name comes from the deepest subway station in Paris, Abbesses. The Nord-Sud subway company, renowned for its elaborate station designs, built this station 110 years ago. Its spiral staircase houses exactly 176 steps.
Artisans & craftsmanship
Each piece is made in an atelier in the Le Marche region of Italy.
Design intent is controlled at every stage — materials, construction, and finish held to the same standard from first cut to last stitch.
Form is not adjusted during execution. It is respected.
Complexity is not introduced for effect. It exists because the design requires it.
